Sónar is the International Festival of Advanced Music and Multimedia Art, with performances, exhibitions and conferences that travel to cities around the world. RSB has been the technology partner behind its websites, edition after edition.

Each site has been a thorough redesign of the one before, built to hold a huge programme and the traffic peaks of a landmark festival. Working hand in hand with Sónar's management, the project has evolved until it adapted fully to mobile and fed the official app through an API that centralises all the festival's information.

RSB has delivered a platform that is 100% manageable by the client, so the Advanced Music team has been able to reuse it for new editions and for the other festivals it runs around the world, spinning up new sites without RSB stepping into the development. Less dependency, more autonomy and a technical foundation that scales with the brand.
