Standing out in an ever more competitive fertility sector

The fertility clinic Barcelona IVF needed to take a step forward both in its image and in its digital strategy. In a sector with constantly growing local and international competition, it was obvious that a plain website refresh or a new logo wouldn't cut it.

For this brief the clinic worked with VMLY&R Health Spain, who proposed RSB Agency as the ideal partner for the audit and the definition of the new digital strategy.

How RSB has done it

To propose a strategy tailored to the clinic, RSB has audited every digital asset and has run a full sector analysis across several markets, both on the SEO and SEM side.

That analysis phase concluded that the site needed to be updated and improved, and that the existing campaigns and marketing strategies had to be reviewed and reconfigured.

Cost per conversion halved, organic traffic doubled

Alongside VMLY&R Health Spain, RSB has also managed the account's onsite and offsite SEO, the social channels and of course their investment in Google Ads and Social Ads — all of it across 5 markets.

RSB has cut the cost-per-conversion in half with its management and has doubled organic visits after taking ownership of SEO following the launch of the new site.
